Materials
This garment has a material weight is 170 gsm for white and 180 gsm for colours. It is made from 65% polyester and 35% cotton for a soft comfortable fit.
Care
A bespoke product care sheet will be sent to you with your order depending on the type of customisation method used to decorate your garment.
Printing information
Print types
We will choose the best method of printing suited for your design from a wide range of printing processes.
Orders of 50+ are likely to be screen printed and orders of less than 50 are likely to be inkjet printed or heat seal printed.
Your design
Once your order is placed our team will produce a digital proof for you to review from your submitted artwork. We can accept design in lots of formats, vectored files with all fonts and outlines converted to curves are preferred.
For orders of less than 50: Multi-colour designs or images must have all elements sitting within a single boundary/outline.
We provide a fair-cost policy for any further design work required in preparing your artwork for printing. If chargeable studio time is required in making your design print-ready we will contact you first to talk through what is required and any charges that may be applicable.
Embroidery information
Colours
Logos can have up to 6 colours maximum per order and we will visually colour match thread colours to your logo file from over 50 stock colours.
Thread matching
If you require thread colour matching to an existing embroidered logo a setup charge of £20 plus £15 per colour will be made. We will send you a full colour swatch, this will incur a delay to any quoted production lead time.
Logo setup fees
A minimum quantity of 10 for this item is required for free logo setup, for all orders of less than 10 a setup charge of £25 is applicable.
If this is required we will send you an additional payment request after checkout is completed and your order will be held until the fee is paid. If we have produced your logo previously this setup fee will not be charged.
We no longer accept existing embroidery machine files that you may have had setup elsewhere.
