Meanwhile at Red-Penguin

With an amazing lead up to the close of last year (and with our local pizza takeaway kept busy with midnight deliveries into an eerily dark business park) every pre-xmas order was fulfilled before we shut the doors for the last time in 2017. Over the next few weeks we went to work implementing a whole host of site tweaks, coding and product launches.

One wonderful experience of note at Red-Penguin HQ was receiving cards & gifts from our customers in the lead up to the festive break. We were truly humbled by this and hearing that what we do is so valued left us speechless. If you are one of our these wonderful people that took the time out to make us smile we really are ever so grateful.

Over the last 12 months custom stickers & vinyl decals have become an integral part of what we do and for 2018 it was top of the list to make ordering even simpler for you. Our new custom sticker checkout allows for quicker & easier ordering across any shape or size and in any colour or design. It has already proven a huge success with old and new customers a like, you can check it out here.

Next on the list was clothing & workwear... and how to make over 3000 new lines accessible to everyone! Keeping things simple and minimizing our environmental impact form part of our founding ethos at Red-Penguin and that applies to everything we do so the idea of sending out several tons of printed catalogues was not going to do the trick! We are also proud of doing all of our tech stuff in house but this one had us stumped.

One single email to the wonderful team at Hive Social and, what seemed like just a moment later, it went live online for everyone to see. A HUGE thank you to Tom and his team for sorting this so quickly. If your looking for another company that goes above and beyond drop them a line here.
